New Nuts and Fresh Fruits

Our orchards have expanded by 320% in two days…

…and if I could I would buy so many more trees!! But there has to be a limit somewhere and we have used all of our allocated tree funds for this year. Besides autumn is the best time for planting and as of yesterday it is officially spring.

We have done well though, going from 5 to 21 fruit and nut trees now planted. Most of these are planted on the Eastern side of the second paddock, in an area that will eventually become part of our house block when we build. We are aiming for around 50 trees here, but have also set a small area aside in the dam paddock for planting native fruit bearers.
